The apartment house is located in the 16th district of Vienna. Our eight apartments are distributed on four floors, which are easily to come up thanks to an elevator. There are three different sizes of the apartments, that are named with Studio, Standard and Comfort Apartments. The location Enenkelstrasse is very favoured because of an ideal connection to all plaes of interests with puplic transports, the closeness to supermarkets and the Park&Ride garage.

The Apartment house in the Mandlgasse consists of three floors; elevator is available. There are 11 apartments in the house of different size, which provides place for 2-6 persons. Due to closeness to the subway, bus and train station Phildelphiabrücke / Wien Meidling all sightseeing points in Vienna are easily to reach. The Mandlgasse is very near to the Meidlinger Hauptstrasse, a shopping mile, where you will find a lot of restaurants, Cafés and supermarkets. 

The apartment in the Wilhelmstrasse is located in the 12th district, near to main station Wien Meidling / Philadelphiabrücke. The shopping mile Meidlinger Hauptstrasse with a lot of restaurants, bars, Cafés and shops is also very close to the apartment. The comfortable flat is located in the first floor and offers space for 2 persons.
